As they welcomed a statute against sexual discrimination in Colombia, Evangelical Lutheran Church of Colombia Bishop Eduardo Martinez and Anglican Bishop Francisco Duque began planning ways to communicate the law to members.
In a statement on a Lutheran radio station, the two warned against fundamentalist readings of the Bible, saying: "Nobody can be discriminated against, for any reason, much less because of issues of gender and sexuality."
