The council also elected Christina Jackson-Skelton, current treasurer and president of the ELCA Mission Investment Fund, to a four-year term as executive director of the ELCA Mission Advancement unit, effective Sept. 1.

And on Aug. 4, trustees of MIF elected Eva Roby to a four-year term as its president, beginning Sept. 1.

Norman, an ELCA pastor and CPA, came to the churchwide organization in 2006 as controller and then as chief financial officer for the ELCA Foundation.
