Robert Bacher

Bacher is a retired ELCA pastor who served from 1987 to 2001 as assistant to the ELCA presiding bishop, with responsibility for administration. He is co-author, with Kenneth Inskeep, of Chasing Down a Rumor: The Death of Mainline Denominations (Augsburg Books, 2005).
